How to Accelerate Weight Loss 




If you want to lose fat and keep it away, there are some specific things that must be done. Because if you lose weight and do it wrongly meaning by starving yourself and going through a lot of effort keeping those hunger pangs at bay, the weight loss if it happens might not last and since your body learns with every episode, the next time you try it, it will go right into the emergency mode conserving energy and you start feeling the loss and lethargic. On top of that, since the body has sensed the lack, it will do what it can to bring back more fat deposits to be safe if the episode repeats itself in future.


Therefore, losing fat is a very specific procedure which will make it even pleasurable because done the right way it will increase your energy level, uplift your mood and the fat will not come back if you keep the lifestyle changes and they may not be that difficult to follow.


The first thing to realise is that losing weight is not just counting and reducing calories. It has to be coupled with a reduction in insulin spikes which occur every time you eat anything irrespective of what you eat. There are only two things that do not spike insulin or that do it very insignificantly and they are healthy fat and fibre. So the first thing to do is to cut down on the number of times you eat. Eating in between meals like having snacks is another reason why your insulin keeps rising constantly creating those inevitable cravings. So reduce the number of meals preferably to two or in the later stage even one meal a day. Increasing protein and fat (not much because if you eat too much fat the body will not be able to burn body fat) is desirable and will keep you full and satisfied for longer. Within a few days you will notice that your hunger pangs are gone. That is because you are now burning fat instead of glucose producing Ketones. It is very important to cut down on Carbohydrates, eat more salads and include fats like Olive Oil and replenish with Sea salt like Himalayan Pink Salt and minerals from nuts and electrolytes from Unfortified Electrolyte Powders because losing Electrolytes and sodium in the process will be detrimental to health. Eventually, you will be able to do some prolonged fasting like 24 hour or 48 hour fasts and that will help your liver and other body parts to detox. The body will get time to repair and remove dead cells which will help even your brain function more clearly.
