List of food items you need to throw away immediately
Let's talk about the food items which are considered healthy:
1) Fruit
Human DNA is programmed to treat fruit as a fat builder to take you past the winter when food might be scarce or hard to come by. Unfortunately every fruit is available throughout the year and then you have the desiccated ones which are even more concentrated in sugar. So while eating fruit in season and the key word is in moderation maybe still ok. But a diet of fruits and Juices might not be the way to go. Throw away unseasonal fruits!
2) Cherry Tomatoes
Everyone knows that tomatoes are good for health. Or are they ? They belong to a family called the Night Shades. The same as egg plants, bell peppers, cayenne peppers and white potatoes. Night shades are loaded with lectins which are designed to deter them being eaten. And the lectins are in the peal and the seeds. So buy the bigger ones, peal them by either freezing or boiling first and then deseed them and there … now they are actually beneficial. Europeans like Italians figured that out long back and their sauces are also without the skin and seeds of tomatoes.
3) White Bread
Bread is a staple in many households. Even some countries. And after all everyone sees to eat them...Right? Well, is made out of white flour. Even the whole wheat or the brown bread which are just marginally better. Marginally means if white bread takes 10 minutes to turn to glucose, the brown might take at most 15. And each and every slice of bread is actually 3.5-4 spoons of sugar. And it does not even taste sweet does it ? Throw it out and your health will thank you!
4) Eggs
You actually do not need to throw out eggs because they are an almost perfect example of a complete food source. Just ensure where they are coming from. If they are coming from hens being fed corn and kept confined in an enclosure, now they are a big no no. Free range hens eating farm pasture and insects are very good sources of protein and vitamins. By all means eat them as much as you want. Throw out the ones which are raised in enclosures and fed all sorts of wrong stuff.
5) Milk and Cheese
You cannot go wrong here. Milk is a good source of calcium and labelled as a complete food. Is it ? Well think twice. Milk contains Casein 1 and Casein 2 protein. All cows which yield a large amount of milk like Jersey and Holstein cows give Casein 1 Milk and that is not good for health.
Indian farm cows, buffalo and goat milk is Casein 2 which is actually good for health be it in the form of curd or cheese or for that matter plain milk. So throw away Casein 1 milk. Unfortunately most of the milk available is Casein 1 and you may end up paying more if you want raw unpasteurized casein 2 buffalo or goat milk or cheese.
