One Month Without Refined Sugar: Changes in the Body



What happens if we completely give up on sugar for a month ?  




To be able to do that we must understand what sugar is. Simply put, anything sweet that is not provided by nature in its natural form or is processed and concentrated as Glucose and Fructose is a form of refined sugar and our Liver and Pancreas which processes the sugar actually does not know to differentiate the forms of sugar and it deals with all sugar in practically the same way.
